how to take this IC? preferable in drops because I prepare the IC with the ICPad in dark vials. It's possible? how many drops? only at night before going to sleep?

After listening to this only for 30 seconds, I burped. After 5 minutes, I felt a light pain in my stomach once. After 8 minutes, I felt like some bubbles were popping inside stomach. After 10 minutes, felt light pain twice. Just wanted to share my experience =)
