Hi Anton,
I am unable to access my complexes today. I keep getting an error message. The complexes in the library work fine. It is just my created complexes that I can't access. What is going wrong? Thank you so much.

Hi Anton!  Is the reason for placing the 10 drops of imprinted IC into water (liquid) to cover the taste of the salted water?  Is putting the IC drops directly into the mouth and holding 10 seconds fine? In a pinch, this is what I'd rather do than drink some city tap water.  Lugging a gallon of spring water is a hassle.  Thank you!

Hi, Anton, I have some extremely expensive medications for my dog that I would like to get imprinted. Is it possible to bring these to you (Iโ€™m in the north GTA) so you could imprint them and I can retain these for dispensing? Or is there a way to get these back through return mail?

I was asked to update my infopathy on the phone and I did and now I can't use it. When I hit transfer I just get all lines going very fast and no lights on my pad. What should I do?

I have been drinking distilled water for years but since I started with the Infopathy I have added a pinch of sea salt , unfortunately have found  that my salt level are rising โ€ฆ CAN I SUBSTITUTE a product from TRACE,    trace minerals drops in place of salt.
Iit is recommended to take 16-20 drops ,daily would you recommend 4-5 drops in each of the 3 bottles  of water ?

question pls and whether it would affect the amplifier and therefore the effectiveness of the icโ€™s/freqs:

I tested my plug outlet at home with a special grounding plug meter reader and it came back normal. When i plugged an extender multi plug to the wall outlet and tested those plugs it came back as reverse. Thanks.

Hello! My ic pad stays lit up blue whenever I charge it. It definitely seems broken. Is there any kind of fix for this? Thank you kindly.
