Momordica is used to temporarily treat symptoms associated with pancreatic dysfunction such as dyspepsia, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, stomach and duodenal ulcers, colic, upper abdominal pain, bloating, and indigestion. It may also be used to help with pancreatic fibrosis, pancreatitis, and thrombocytopenia.
