I’ve used this on myself many times as well as friends I’ve had over and it always relieves painful cramps. I usually run it twice and before the second time starts the pain is almost gone.

Excellent. Really did the trick. I ran it twice the first time and went from very painful cramps to totally pain free.  It lasted about 12 hours before some pain started returning so I ran it again just once and  I felt so much better. I am absolutely amazed! Thank you.

Very helpful!! I ran it four times in a row and achieved great results without pills, etc. Highly recommended!

Success case without the use of medication to relieve pain during menstrual discomfort, the Glowing IC Pad 3 was applied to the uterus area and after 1 session there was improvement and after 4 repeated sessions the pain disappeared.
