Hi, two questions. 1) if one should not substitute an imprinted supplement for a supplement they are already taking, how is that helpful to me? For instance, I need to take Calcium for osteoporosis, why can't I take it entirely by infopathy? 2) what dose does each imprinted substance assume? So if I want to take x amount of magnesium, how do I know what that amount is by imprint?

Hi Terri, 1) at this point we can not recommend substituting any medication, but start using ICs as additional methods and after some time, after consultation with your Dr you can reduce the dosage of actual medication. 2) Regarding dosage, currently, it is unclear what would be the formula of the dosage and whether this applies to ICs. So far we had reports that when transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger. Drinking water more often increases the effect. We suggest at least 3 times a day for the same IC or Complex. There are cases when people slowly replaced L-Thyroxine (prescriptions of which are dose-specific) with drinking IC water throughout the day. I would suggest drinking IC water additionally to magnesium, then slowly reducing the dose of actual magnesium and seeing if the effect remains.
