Hi, two questions. 1) if one should not substitute an imprinted supplement for a supplement they are already taking, how is that helpful to me? For instance, I need to take Calcium for osteoporosis, why can't I take it entirely by infopathy? 2) what dose does each imprinted substance assume? So if I want to take x amount of magnesium, how do I know what that amount is by imprint?

Hi Penny, Please try the following: 1) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum after you start the transfer. 2) Restart your computer or phone. Please let me know if that helped. Thank you!

Hi Anne, it should set a number of repeats to 1 (not zero), when selecting IC Hummer for imprint ICs. So totally it will transfer 2 times, 2 minutes each. If it does not work like that, please provide a link to that IC. Thank you!
