Hi! I am wondering if there is a way to use the Glowing IC pad to copy the frequency of a supplement I already own? Thank you so much!

Beatrice, yes, to imprint your substance (or supplement) directly to water you can do the following:
1) crash the pill and put it in a ziplock plastic bag.
2) put the bag with the pill on top of the IC Pad
3) put a water bottle on top of the bag.
4) run Schumann Resonance 7.83Hz (5 mins) (you can repeat it a few times for a stronger imprint)

Beatrice, yes, it is possible. If you mean IC recorded from the substance, then you need to mail us a sample, we will add it on the Infopathy and provide you a direct link. Hello Infopathy team and community members,

are there any suggestions for the following issues I am struggling with:

- Keratosis pilaris/kertosis follicularis . I have it mainly on my shins and it's painful. Urea has not helped so far. Thank you!

- heavy legs, swollen legs, water rentention in the legs. Probably Lipo edema. I couldn't find something here.

1. Keratosis Pilaris
