To use this do you put it on the body? If so where? I have Nodular Prurigo and it’s all over my body, Drives me crazy at times. I wish there was something out there to get rid of this horrible disease.

Hi Donna, as EBV can be located in many different cells in the body, you can apply IC Pad to the chest area.

Hi CIGNA, thank you for sharing this information and article! As this pathway already exists in every human body, I think we would need to just stimulate VIPERIN anti-viral pathway. Many possible thing can be used, but from available on Infopathy:

Organic Germanium (germanium sesquioxide)

Selenium: Selenium is an essential micronutrient known for supporting immune function. It has been suggested that selenium supplementation can enhance antiviral defense by boosting the immune system, potentially affecting the expression of interferon-stimulated genes.
Zinc: Zinc plays a vital role in immune function and has been shown to have antiviral activity against several viruses. Zinc supplementation may influence the immune response and could potentially enhance the production of interferon and the activity of interferon-stimulated genes like VIPERIN.
Zinc + Selenium
Resveratrol This polyphenol, found in red wine, grapes, and several other foods, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. DM Anton, do the songs have a stronger effect when you listen to them through headphones or does it matter whether you listen to them through speakers or headphones?

Moritz Schur, for most Audible ICs you can just speakers. For bran wave IC, like Brain Theta (Deeply relaxed) it would be best to use headphones or position your head between speakers.

Moritz Schur I find bone conducting headphones to work significantly better than normal headphones for audible ICs.. Probably because like with the hummer the vibration is transferred though the body as well as the ears.
