Joanne Diana, if your GlowPad is glowing/flashing during the transfer then it is working correctly. But if it does not glow during transfer, please still try these troubleshooting steps before getting a new one:

Hallo,
Gibt es irgendetwas zu beachten, bezüglich Kombination mit anderen Quantentechnologien? Ich habe z.B. die Kapsel non Leela Quantum Tech um meinen Hals hängen und eine Frequenzkarte in der Hosentasche. Wenn ich PEMS abspielen lasse, zerstören die gepulsten Magnetfelder evtl.die anderen Informationen von der Kapsel oder hat das keinen negativen Einfluss? Kann ich die Kapsel und die Karte während der Übertragung der PEMS ohne bedenken weitertragen oder sollte ich sie... Zobacz więcej

Nadine , it is best to keep card and neckless at least 5 inches (12 cm) away from the GlowPad when it is applied directly to the body, to make sure they are not affected.

Hi Chiara, in general ICs usually act as low-dose substances, therefore you can use it as usual, with no additional repeats - for example, just 2 minutes transfer with Glowing IC Pad.
