Steve, in general (it is applied to any IC), it is important is to drink IC water 2-3 times a day. This is because we need to periodically supply and influence the body with infoceuticals in order to cause an informational effect on the body. Soon we will publish updated instructions on preparing water with ICs. The new method makes it more convenient to follow "2-3 times a day" schedule.

Therefore you can create complexes with mixed types of ICs. But there are some rules (recommendations):
1) If you imprint complex into water, it needs to be transferred in All at once mode and should contain up to 3 PEMF ICs, The number of Imprint and Audible ICs are not limited, just need to monitor hot it works for you. The number of PEMF ICs limitation is just technical, square waves are complex and generating too many of them at the same time can cause distortion.
2) If you plan to apply complex directly to the body you can use All at once or One-by-one mode. There are no limitations when using One-by-one mode, complex can have any number of any ICs. For All at once mode same as above we recommend including up to 3 PEMF ICs.
