Just received IC Glow Pad 3. It will respond to Bluetooth transfer but not with audio cable input with my iPhoneX& iPad Pro. Any suggestions?

Michelle, please try using original audio cable adapters for the audio cable if not yet. Also, please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level after you start transfer, as it can get down automatically because phone things you are using headphones.

Anton SF I used the audio cable came with the Glow Pad Package . Also the volume was at the maximumโ€ฆ..it is not responding.

Michelle, do you use any audio cable adapters to conect audio cable to your iPhoneย  or iPad? Do you have by any chance MacBook or Mac to try IC Pad with them and the audio cable? Thank you!

Anton SFย yes, there is a connector to my IPhone X. And no, it is a direct connection with iPad Pro. I will try the MacBook next. Thank you.

Michelle, to confirm, when you connect GlowPad 3 with an audio cable to your MacBook, do you have this setting selected (Headphones as output device and Audio volume set to a maximum level)?

Michelle, thank you very much for trying that. It seems there might be an issue with the audio jack on the IC Pad or the audio cable that came with IC Pad is defective. Do you have another audio cable to try? Thank you!ย

Anton SF I did try with different audio cable before my first msg to you. Although I just found an interesting fact with success using Chrome browser. Before today, my 4 devices were using Safari as default.ย 
So my final report: GlowPad is working when I use Chromeย  as it is somehow got โ€œactivatedโ€?ย 
I will give another try with Safari to see if it stays working.

Michelle, that is interesting, thank you for finding that out! It is possible that when ICs are played on Safari, they produce a quieter sound and it is not enough to make GlowPad glow. With Bluetooth, signals are transmitted digitally and there is no such issue. Looking forward to hear it Safari is not working, if it does, then it is a mystery :)

Hi, I'm enjoying my IC Pad I'm using it on all my water.ย 
I've noticed you've been telling people to use 50 ml of water. I've been imprint my 750ml Flaska bottles. Is this too much at once ? I have been running the ICS more than once if possible.
I have also found myself drinking more water since using my IC pad.ย  I've gone from 2 liters a days... See more

Amy dalton, our recommendation is at least 50ml of water each time, more is okay. Imprintingย  750ml at once is okay, (up to 2L is okay with glowing IC Pad), but best to drink that water (750ml) not all at once, but like 50-200 ml at once is okay. I've been making 4 bottles to take to work with me and drink throughout the day.ย

Amy dalton, it's okay to drink from a 750 ml bottle over a few hours, but for optimal effectiveness, you might want to consider switching to a new bottle after drinking about 200 ml. This ensures that you are getting the most out of your ICs throughout the day. ย

Achim, we recommend including up to 6 ICs into your imprint complex. At least when you start, later you can try including more ICs into one complex and see how it works for you. Including too many ICs in one complex may result in no effect at all, as the body will not be able to process it.
