This IC seems to be quite effective when. Combined with an inexpensive ear syringe available on Amazon. I used the IC Pad on each ear for the complete duration.

I used it for awhile together with other alternative treatment, I would say it did help, try hard to include it in my morning routine because it seemed to help greatly, just not sure if it was by itself.
