Hi Dave, yes, we recommend using the same Imprint IC at least 3 times every day, drinking at least 2oz (50ml) each time.

Hi Dave, you can select IC Hummer as your transfer device and a minimum number of repeats will be preset automatically. For this Imprint ICs, it should be 1 extra repeat (so the total is 2 + 2 = 4 minutes).

Hi Rad, this is the Imprint complex. It should be transferred to water in All at once mode. In one-by-one mode, ICs will be transferred one after another and the following IC will be partially overwriting the previous one.
