Hi, I have downloaded Test FLight but when I try to enter the code it won't let me type in the box - with the y or 9, if I enter K it lets me. The link shared in the post above goes to a general TestFLight information page. Is there a specific Infopathy redeem link that we need please?

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version,
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

hi Anton, I got an error message when trying to open the app, took the screen shot of it but copy and paste function does not work.... any ideas?

crazy, thank you for sending it. We will work on fixing that logging out issue, it should not happen often. Are you able to login using your email and password and use ICs on the app?

crazy, please check that when you enter password, letters are not automatically capitalized - someone mentioned that their does it sometimes (but of course should not on the password field).

Anton SF Thx Anton. When I type in the password I pay attention that it is visible and that they are not capitalized, amongst other things, that it's spelled correctly. Will try it again and advise, thx.

Hello, for any of you having trouble installing the app onto an Android device, specifically being greeted by a blank page when clicking on the provided link to the Google Play Infopathy app download page, try accessing it from your computer desktop instead of your mobile device. That did the trick for me. It'll take you to the app page and let you choose which device onto which to download... See more

hi Anton, the app is downloaded okay but I cannot sign in, it's refusing, asking me to sign up. but I already have an account, am I supposed to create a separate account just for the app?

crazy, it is possible that you mistyped email or password. You can try to do "forget password" to change the password and try again. If needed, we can also reset your password. Thank you!

Hello crazy ! If you already have an account in the web version of Infopathy, you may use that to log in to the app. If this is your first time using Infopathy, you will need to sign up. Hope this helps!
