Where should the IC pad be placed for a headache? Can hair be in place of clothing? Can the IC pad be placed directly on the forehead?

Hi Margherita, yes, you can place IC Pad directly on forehead and even directly on skin. If you are using Glowing IC Pad be careful not direct lights into eyes, as lights are bright.

Will this work if itโ€™s just put in water and sprayed on the skin? As I canโ€™t use creams or lotion with open sores.

Donna K, you can spray using a regular spray bottle, not an ultrasonic dispenser. But also, if you try wetting the cotton ball/pad and use it to apply water to the skin.ย
