Good morning Anton. I only loaded one glass of water
and not the bottle, is it too strong? I gave it to my son for dry cough. Thank you

Hi Sara, the imprint is about the same potency whether you imprint one glass or bottle at a time. It is important to drink imprinted water at least 3 times a day, at least 50ml at a time. For acute cases it is best to imprint like 1 litter bottle and drink it through the day.

Hello Anton,
If I create 3 complexes corresponding to 3 priority health problems, how should I distribute my water consumption throughout the day?
500 ml complex 1 then 500 ml complex 2 then 500 ml complex 3?
Or 1 glass of each alternating and repeating throughout the day?
Or 1 day / 1 resort?
Maybe there is a webinar that details the technique (the first covers it in part)

Isabelle, we recommend drinking the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times a day and at least 50ml of water each time. Also, it is best to drink water on an empty stomach and wait at least 10 minutes before drinking the next complex. Therefore you can do the following to meet at least 3 times a day for each complex.

Anton, thank you for your insights. 3 more questions if possible: 1. how much time to wait in between drinking different ICs? 2. would a double hummer simply cut the time in half or is there a SYNERGY in using two? 3. would/could there be a "learning" effect using ICs whereby the body learns to create the effect of the IC on its own?

Darrell Kay, yes, of course :)
1) best to wait at least 10 minutes before drinking different complexes. If you imprinted single ICs or small complexes (2-3 ICs in each) you can wait for a short time.
2) If using 2 IC Hummers to imprint water, you would cut time in half. If you apply 2 IC Hummers to a body, you would cover a larger area at once... See more
