It has been working perfectly for the past two months and then I was asked to renew membership, which I did and now nothing is working on my Glowing Ic Pad. When I try to start transfer is shuts down the App and no lights on the pad. ICPad

Christine Hinson, does the same issue occur when you use Infopathy through a web browser, such as Chrome? If you still have problem with the app, please delete it for now and use the website meanwhile. ย

Hello Thank you for your response. I was able to determine that the issue was with the 3.5 mm audio jack adapter connected to my USB-C charging port. Unfortunately, I can't connect directly to my phone because it doesn't have a built-in 3.5 mm headphone jack. Are there any plans to offer a USB-C version of the audio cable in the future? Denise Lee, I'm glad you found the issue!

For devices without a 3.5 mm headphone jack, you'll need a USB-C to 3.5 mm DAC (analog audio) adapter, as not all USB-C audio adapters support analog audio output.

Regarding the difference you notice between your computer and your phone, computer usually output a bit stronger signal.ย
