Hey Anton, we’ve had our IC pad for about a year now and have used it quite regularly. Within the last couple of months AI noticed that the lights on the pad do not glow and flash as brightly as it did previously. Has anyone else had this experience? Is there a fault with the pad?

Hi Kevin, please try to replace an audio cable and see if that increases the brightness of the light. Maybe the cable is a bit damaged and the input signal is less strong. Otherwise to compensate for lower intensity lights you can add an extra repeat when imprinting water.
