- Low battery shows as a red flash every 5 seconds (below 10%). If you don’t see this but it still stops, it’s likely not the battery .
- Set your phone/laptop volume to maximum after you start the transfer; try restarting your device and, if possible, a different phone or laptop (Chrome/Brave on computers). If using iPhone/iPad, use an Apple/MFi‑certified 3.5 mm audio adapter .
- Keep the screen on and disable battery‑saver; notifications or the screen locking can pause audio, and the Glow Pad will auto‑turn off after ~10 minutes of inactivity (so a paused/quiet signal can make it shut down early) .
