我對一些含有藥物成分的複方製劑和複合物有點擔心。如果有人對某種藥物過敏，是不是就不能用了？例如，我的一個家人不能服用任何以「eine」結尾的藥物，例如可待因、嗎啡等等。他服用後會立即出現劇烈反應，需要住院治療。
例如，像他汀類藥物這樣的藥物呢？它們雖然能有效降低膽固醇，但副作用卻非常可怕。如果我們使用相同藥物的替代療法，也能有效降低膽固醇，那麼它還會產生這些副作用嗎？
像潑尼松之類的藥物也是一樣。在確定它們能達到預期效果且沒有副作用之前，我不想輕易使用！如果有人能給我解釋一下，我將萬分感激🙏

What about drugs like statins for example. They may be good at lowering cholesterol but they have horrendous side effects. If we use the ic of the same and it works to reduce cholesterol, does it still create the side effects ?
Same with things like prednisone etc. I am reluctant to use these until I can be sure that they will have the wanted effect without the side effects! If someone can please explain this to me I would be very grateful 🙏
