Alessio Valenti Yes you can. Schussler salts are usually taken on several months period. The potency, 6DH or 3X is up to you. Usually, in homeopathy, the higher is the potency, the stronger is the effect; also some people react differently to some potencies. You can experiment both.

I have used this combination of Ic's in water and directly to my body whenever I feel I am getting a sore throat or as if I may be fighting something off and my energy levels are feeling compromised. It always, always helps me and within 1 -2 days I have nothing to suggest that I have any issue with my health or immunity. And my energy levels are restored. I use Infopathy every day and it is remarkable in keeping me healthy in body and mind reducing my stress and maintaining a good and healthy feeling within me in so many ways.
