I went from dry coughs before the pemf program, to 2 let's say "very freeing coughs". After that my lung felt free, the frequency of my cought went way down ( but did not completely vanished ) and I could go to back to my regular everyday life. Which I thought was not possible before Thanks @ Kraft&Gesundheit

Hi Regina, thank you for your questions! You can keep the lid during the transfer and storage. But you need to vigorously shake the bottle before the transfer, so you might need the lid to do that.
