do I have to have the ic pad touching my tendon or just near?

ย Barbara Mireault, direct contact is best, place the IC Pad right over the tendon, with the light-emitting side on the skin or through thin clothing. โ€œnearโ€ works but is less optimal compared to direct placement.ย

 Hello, has anyone experienced their Glow Pad shutting off or not turning on when the battery is charged? If you had this experience what did you do to correct it? Thanks

LL, does it turn off in the middle of transfer? For example you are transferring 20 minutes ICs, it is glowing and all of a sudden it completely powered off (while indicator light is off) or main lights go off and indicator light still on?ย

When you enter "Commiphora" in the search bar, it appears, but "IC" cannot be found. Is "Guggul" (Indian Myrrh) listed under another name?

ย Sabine, the search bar also includes ICs/ Complex details. So when you search for "Commiphora", results like Myrrh Gum will appear because it comes from Commiphora species.
