Hello, anyone know a good complex for chronic muscle guarding ? My body is stuck in flight or fight mode and I need my back muscles to let go and release, along with my Psoas.

Matthew Lacovara, based on what you described, it sounds like the muscle guarding may be more of a nervous system issue than a muscle issue per se.

I have been using this one in a complex for fibroids, however since taking it (and some cell salt ICs) my skin tags have halved in size and the small ones have gone completely! Kate, thanks for sharing this - and itโ€™s really encouraging that you had 3 good cycles already. Thatโ€™s a strong sign your original approach was working.

Before changing too much, it may be worth asking: did anything shift before the last cycle? (stress, sleep, travel, emotional load, etc.)
Even small changes can influence a cycle.

About your updated protocol

What you outlined actually makes a lot of sense logically... See more
