Our IC Glow pad runs out of battery before we are done our treatments.  Is it okay to have it on the charger while in use?

Christina, yes, you can use GlowPad while charging battery.ย

Anton SFย I had the same problem. When I put the charger on the lights did not come on again until the Glow Pad was charged fully.ย

Marlies Zoll, what if you charge for 15 minutes and then turn on the device and start using it - does it glow during the transfer? Just in case, please check that audio volume is set to maximum level.ย

Now it won't glow at all except when I first turn it on. Meanwhile said it needs to hook up to Bluetooth but I tried it on two devices and it doesn't hook up
