1. Use Method 2 as your base
Prepare the complex in a small dropper bottle with saline (or sugar pellets) using “Method 2 – once‑in‑30‑days transfer.” This carrier keeps the imprint stable for about 30 days – long enough for most postal routes.

how do I imprint a sticker? Does it matter if I put the stickers or holographic side facing the lights? How many times do you imprint it? I think it last for 2-3 weeks? thank you

Joan Maas, here’s the simplest way to do it:

Place the holographic sticker on your IC Pad (either side up — orientation doesn’t matter).
In the app, choose the IC you want and set Repeat = 5.
Peel off the sticker and apply it to your skin or the object you’re affecting.

Kristina Rogers, for imprinting stickers, use the Blue + Red + Infrared mode (both lights) for the strongest imprint, Blue + Infrared also works well. Red + Infrared is recommended mainly for direct-on-body sessions rather than for imprinting stickers.
