Hi!ย  Iโ€™ve had my glowing ic pad 3 for a few months now & LOVE it.ย  3 of us use it daily.ย  The past few days, when I turn it on, the lights are on as though a program is running, even though tablet says transfer complete.ย  Then other times, I start a transfer & nothing happens.ย  So I have to close out infopathy in browser & start over.ย  That... Heidi Hudas, if you use Safari browser, please trying using Chrome instead.

Hi Heidi - there is a way to reset it by disconnecting it from bluetooth and re- adding the glow pad I will try and find the help link

Petra Dauer, yes, you can use Infopathy in German. To switch the language:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
  3. There youโ€™ll see the language selector - just choose Deutsch (German).
