Hello, SOS! ๐Ÿ˜… I have water in my right ear from swimming long laps yesterday, and I can't get it out by shaking it like I usually do. Since I'm flying on vacation on Saturday, I really don't want my ear to get infected. What kind of imprint, PEMF, or Rife could I use to get the water out and, most importantly, prevent an infection? Thank you so much in advance for any helpful tips! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐ŸŒž๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

Christine , for the trapped water itself, gravity, gentle jaw movements, yawning, swallowing, or lying with the affected ear facing downward may help encourage drainage.

For IC support, you could consider:

โ€ข Inner Ear Inflammation (Rife) [PEMF] โ€” may help support the ear and encourage healthy drainage. You can place the IC Pad or Hummer on the mastoid bone just behind the affected ear, or directly over the ear, 1โ€“2... See more

Where do you place Pad 3 for that?

bon, pplace the IC Pad directly over or as close as practical to the affected area.

If that is uncomfortable or not convenient, the lower pelvic/sacral area can also be used as an alternative placement.

Ronni Coppola, do you mean when you use some complex it stays on the same IC and not going to the next one? If yes, can you please send link to that complex. Thank you!
