Hi Karolina, we recommend drinking the same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml each time. You can drink it more often and drink larger amounts each time. You can also combine it with Lourdes water in the same complex and transfer both ICs to one bottle of water. Hi Alessandra, welcome to Infopathy! This is Imprint IC, and the best way of using it is to imprint to water and then drink it. Another option is to apply this complex directly to the body, like PEMF.

Mariette Lobo, when you imprint complex into water you need to use All at once mode. When you apply it directly to the body you can use one-by-one or all at once mode, but all at once will be faster.

FRANK, the most effective method is to imprint the IC into water and drink it. However, if you choose to apply it directly using the IC Pad, you can place the IC Pad on the sternum (center of the chest).
