Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thanks for getting back yes could be chronic inflammation complicated with tender knots along the muscles.
Poor posture is also one of the contributing factors.
I would appreciate any advice

Hima, you can check this PEMF IC: https://www.infopathy.com/en/infoceuticals/inflammation-and-pain it helped me to get back to normal faster when I got muscle inflammation near shoulder and neck area probably from laying on a cold floor. You need to directly apply that IC to a spot at least 1-2 times a day.

Would you do tge spine ic? It’s something to do with tge cervical spine. I had that do bad for so long that my Ortho sent me to a neurologist to get Botox injunctions. I just got diagnosed with cervical stenosis because of an mri for skoliosis and kyphosis thank g-do don’t have pain rarfistinv down my spine 🙏
