My glowing ic pad does not charge, any suggestions? Was a lot of money to only last such a short while.

Hi Mikki, you don't have yellow light during charging or there is no blue light when you transfer ICs? If no yellow light when you connect to USB charger, please try to charge and transfer ICs at the same time.

Anton SF the yellow light comes on when first charging but goes off shortly thereafter. Have tried your suggestion but no blue lights ever appear? Any other suggestions?

Mikki Smith, if the yellow light goes off shortly after connecting it to a charger it means the battery is fully charged. Just to clarify - you need to use an Audio cable to transfer ICs.
Also please try the following:

1) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum level after you start the transfer.

Hello Mikki, mine also gave me a scare once by not charging, I tried several times and it was good. Try changing the charging location or using another adapter or cable. Come back and tell us.

Laura Parfitt, on the complex or IC
page you need to toggle Available Offline. It will download IC and it can be accessed later on the downloaded tab in the catalog even when you don't have internet. It may now for some Audible ICs yet in offline mode.
