Regenerative Detoxification my first transfer to me this morning. The lights don't flash continuously when transferring. Is this normal? I ran twice just in case.

Elaine Godley, yes, this is normal. The Glow Pad’s LEDs can flicker, pulse, stay steadily lit, or briefly pause depending on the IC’s frequencies. Just in case check volume level on your phone/PC and try to troubleshoot here https://www.infopathy.com/troubleshoot

Anton SF thank you. If the internet drops whilst transferring should I cancel and try again? Currently only on rare occasions is the device flickering. I am awaiting an extender from Starlink to improve the connection - very frustrating as I am keen to progress with infopathy for myself and clients.

I did the test and got the sound. Hoever, then when I transfer all I see is the red 'on' dot and nothing else. I pressed before running and had a quick flash but during transfer absolutely nothing in terms of flashing lights or pulsing and no white spot either. sorry to be a pain.

Elaine Godley, please try troubleshooting using this page: https://www.infopathy.com/troubleshoot, please follow all steps including Sound output device settings.
If you started the transfer it usually should continue running even if internet is not stable. Please let me know how troubleshooting goes.

Anton SF tried everything and still no flashing lights on imprint. Also can't access the new remote app either was hoping that my phone may have been a better connection. Getting fed up 😞😞 Will try again tomorrow. Had enough again today. Can you please record video on how you are using GlowPad (record on the phone while GlowPad is connected to a different phone or laptop). Connect, select IC, start transfer, make sure volume at maximum level, change light modes. Please send video here: support@infopathy.com

Anton SF cracked it. I was using my PC to transfer. My Android works perfectly now I have the hang of it. I am playing and today researching an arthritis imprint for my rescue dog's water.
