Iโve been sub clinical with hypothyroidism Hashimotos since 2017, have never been prescribed anything to treat it, Usually my TSH is between 4 and 5. Iโve been using this programme for the last three weeks, twice a day and when I had a blood test this week, my TSH had gone down to 3, so now not considered to have hypothyroidism anymore! ย Iโm over the moon. Thank you!ย
