Hello, is it normal that my IC pad doesn't turn on with this program? I would like to use it for mast cell syndrome in a patient with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Thank you.

Possibly a silly question.. I’ve started putting sticky hearts onto my electronics, ovens, etc., after infusing them with frequencies to counter EMFs. It’s difficult to remove the previous month’s hearts; can I just put them on top of each other? Or should I be doing this in another way?
